All Vauthier Paris orders are carefully prepared and shipped in secure, discreet packaging to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

 

Vauthier Paris offers free standard delivery on all orders. Customs costs are always borne by the end customer.

Standard: 2-3 working days (Free)
Express: 1-2 working days (Cost calculated at checkout)

SHIPPING OPTIONS Worldwide:

 

Standard: 3-5 working days (Free)
Express: 2-3 working days (Cost calculated at checkout)

 

Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays.


DELIVERY DETAILS


DHL is our primary carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.


For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.


Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost. In such cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.


Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect your package. If you notice any external damage, please report it in writing on the carrier’s delivery document, specifying the issue (e.g., damaged parcel, open box).


Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to modify the delivery address, as all shipments are processed automatically.


Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The carrier may also offer a delivery rescheduling service for added flexibility.


DELIVERY PROCESS


 Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
 You can check the status of your order anytime from your account or via the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.


ORDER PREPARATION


Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).


To ensure an exceptional experience, your items will be packaged with the utmost care. If you have selected the gift option, your order will include a signature Vauthier Paris shopping bag.


Please note that the purchase receipt will be sent directly via email and will not be included in the parcel.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS


At this time, we are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or general delivery addresses (except for U.A.E.).


Additionally, the delivery address must match the country or region in which the order was placed. If you wish to ship to a different country, please select the correct location before placing your order. Changing the shipping country will clear your shopping cart.
