Return an item

You can return your online purchase within 30 days of the delivery or pick-up date. Returns are free of charge.

 

To start a return, log in to your Vauthier Paris account, go to the order details, and submit a return request. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

 

Please note that all returns must be made in the same country or region where the purchase was completed.
