You can return your online purchase within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. All returns must be processed in the country/region of purchase.
To process a return, please follow the steps below
1. To start a return, log in to your Vauthier Paris account, go to the order details, and submit a return request. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
2. Return requirements: Ensure that your item(s) are unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and including gift packaging.
3. Packaging: Place your item(s) back in the original packaging and shipping box. Attach the return shipping label (sent to you via email after submitting and approving your return request).
4. Drop off your parcel at the carrier’s collection point.
Please note that all returns must be sent using the prepaid label. Vauthier Paris cannot be held responsible for shipping charges or lost packages when the order has been sent by another carrier.

Refund Processing
Your return will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date our team receives the package and conducts the quality check. Once accepted, we will issue a refund within 7 working days, and a confirmation email will be sent. Please note that during busy periods, it may take longer.
The time for processing returns depends on your payment method:
• Credit Cards: Our bank will process the refund within 7 working days of the confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank.
